Could Not Activate iPhone
Your iPhone could not be activated because the activation server is temporarily unavailable. Try connecting your iPhone to iTunes to activate it, or try again in a couple of minutes.
This is the error you will receive if the Apple activation server is overloaded or unavailable. If you receive this error please try again after 15 minutes and try to activate or restore your iPhone again.
